Shipping

  • We ship globally using trusted logistics partners including DHL, UPS and FedEx
  • All Shop product orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days
  • All Style Box and sourced product orders are processed within 3–5 working days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or during consultation
  • Express and insured options are available at additional cost

Important: SABON SALO LIMITED is not responsible for customs delays, VAT, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sourced or custom products
  • Exceptions are rare and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, only if:
    • The item hasn’t shipped
    • The original seller authorises a return
